Babu Mather is a former News Editor of Gulf Times and Deputy Managing Editor of The Peninsula, Doha. He was sub-editor with Malayala Manorama. He covered the Gulf war from US Central Command, Doha, for Malayala Manorama and interviewed many world leaders and legendary sports persons including champion boxer Mohammed Ali, Pele etc.
